My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little girl was an owner surrender, because they were moving and could not take her. They said she loved their kids, is both crate trained and house trained. She is approx 18 months and 18 lbs..she is a sweet little girl. At first, she was very nervous and scared after being left by her family and she did not want to be picked up and would just run and hide. We felt it best to just let her be and let her decide when she wanted some affection. It took her a couple of hours of exploring the house and yard and meeting the other dogs and then all of a sudden she decided we were ok and wanted to sit on our lap!! Now she just follows us everywhere and loves being with people. She is a real lap dog and does have a little separation anxiety if left alone, so she is probably is not going to be good left in an apartment or alone all day long. Sshe just likes being round people. She gets along well with the other dogs and has started to play a little, but is somewhat scared of big dogs so would be better with small to medium size dogs. Also, because she can be a little shy and scared at first even though her owner had young children, she may be better with a family with no toddlers.
