Huggles picked a yard in the neighbourhood that he liked and made it his home. It also helped that the owners of the property noticed this homeless fellow and helped him out with some food and a call to MEOW.
Due to Huggles's time on the streets and probably from a past territorial skirmish, he has contracted FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). Please do not be afraid of adopting Huggles. Cats with FIV usually live long uneventful lives wtih normal attentive care, and they can also live with other cat friends in the same family without risk, as long as everyone follows the 'no fighting, no biting' rule.
Huggles is so flattered by all the love and care he is getting at MEOW.
Best of all, he has his very own best friend Klein who also has FIV.
*These boys are a bonded pair and the most AMAZING cats! Take the boys home for lots of kitty kisses and neverending love.
