Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Deidra says: I really thought it was going to suck being the new girl at the rescue but it hasn't been so bad. I've made some friends and am doing okay. I still miss my family but they did what was best for me and I understand that. Still miss them though. I like that I don't have to live in a kennel. One of my new friends said that as long as I don't fight with the other dogs, I can run and play as I please. I like that a lot!
Deidra has been very good with us. She has a bite history with children so she will not be allowed to go to a home with children. She connects to her people and is very loyal and protective. Deidra is housetrained and leash trained. She is working on sit, shake and come.
Deidra is a 6 year old American Eskimo. If you are interested in adopting Deidra, please complete the adoption application athttp://www.secondchancedogrescueofiowa.com/adoption.html Thanks!
