Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Baby Ruth! She is one of 9 puppies who were born in our rescue on 8/04/15. Her mom, Cassie, was saved from a high kill shelter in Kentucky and we found out she was pregnant when we took her to get spayed. Mom is about 30 lbs and we do not know who the dad is, so we are guessing they will be medium sized dogs.
Baby Ruth will need a family who has the time and patience to care for a young puppy. She will need to be house trained and will need obedience training. Her adoption fee is $350, which will include her age appropriate vaccinations and heartworm prevention, deworming, spay, microchip, leash, collar and 30 days of pet insurance. Adopters will also be required to provide a $200 refundable deposit, which will be returned once adopters show proof of completion of a beginning obedience class (adopter's choice of positive reinforcement training) by the mutually agreed upon date.
Adopter's must live within a 1.5-2 hr driving distance from us in Romeoville, Illinois. Puppies will not be transported. Application, reference checks and home visit required!
If you are interested in adopting, please complete an adoption application, which can be found on our website at www.perfectpooches.org under the Adoption Process tab. All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested (as appropriate), fecal tested, and microchipped.
