My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gordon had a person, a home, all the finer things in life. His person loved him so much, they put him outside last winter to fend for himself. You do remember how cold it was last year, right?
Gordon never gave up, he waited and waited to get back in his home. His person obviously decided a senior kitty was not fun any more and turned a blind eye. Thankfully, a compassionate animal lover was just around the corner. Gordon was scooped up before it was too late and brought to FOF! Gordon does have some issues from the time he was neglected. We think his head tilt is adorable and it doesn't deter him in the slightest!

Our adoption center is located at 7962 Clyde Park SW Byron Center. Our open adoption hours are every Thursday 6-8pm and Sunday from 12-2pm. Come on out and meet the love of your life!

If you are interested in adopting one of our kittens, please to fill out an Adoption Application. Our adoption fee is $85 for one and $125 for two. (Donations above our fee are always encouraged and greatly appreciated as the average kitty costs us around $150 to take from dive to dream home.)

'Our adoption facility only houses so many kitties. The rest are in foster homes. If you want to meet a specific kitty, please inquire with us before attending an adoption event, so we can make every effort to have the requested kitties available!'
