Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are Pepper ’n Cole and we’re awesome! We belonged to a young man who went off to college and couldn’t take us with him. Long story short, no one else really wanted to or could take care of us, so … we ended up in a crate in a driveway, waiting for someone to pick us up and take us to rescue. Whaaaaa?
Oh, well, that was then, this is now … let’s just move forward and not judge. Stuff happens.
We are actual brother and sister from the same litter, one year going on two. We have spent our entire lives together and, as you can see, are still together here. We are very much bonded and they would prefer to see us adopted together. Cole is bigger brother, who looks out for us; Pepper is little sister, who likes to follow brother everywhere.
We are both full of so much love and positive energy and we can keep one another entertained for hours. We love to wrestle, chase one another and, when we’re winding down, give humans kisses and hugs between playtime. We are mostly Rat Terrier with some Chi (those faces) and around 14 and 16 lbs, give a pound of two.
If you think you might be our next family, temporary or permanent, please see the sidebar on how to adopt or foster us. We’re happy and having fun here, but, as always, we would do best at our age in a home with guidance and lots of exercise.
