Meet Spot!

This fantastic boy is 8 months old, UTD on shots, neutered, microchipped and ready for his next adventure! He's been in foster care for a few months while we worked on some behaviors and got to know his personality. What an awesome dog we have found!

Spot is a medium to high energy dog. We've put him in many different social situations and he has excelled. He loves to play with other friendly dogs, and enjoys daycare days where he gets to make new friends. He has tried his paw at agility as well as dock diving and absolutely loved both! True to his breed he is a swimmer and loves the water. He is a very smart and intellectual boy so a forever home where he can be given not only physical but mental exercise is a must!

Spot likes people big and small and has been working on greeting small children at their feet instead of their face although he does not jump on them. He seems to know they are little.

Spot has the type of personality that thrives on routine, consistency, boundaries and love. Spot is crate trained, is an excellent retriever, and is obedient. All the ground work has been set for this boy to be an amazing companion, best friend, travel buddy and/or working partner (sport dog). Now, he's looking for someone to be that for him too!
