"ANNE NICHOLE" is now available for adoption.
She arrived (pictured) as the most overweight Poodle who has come to us. Not a good title to have, but this girl also comes with a gentle, quiet, loving disposition AND a fantastic personality!
Anne is a red Toy Poodle. She has been living with a BYB (back yard breeder) who was well beyond her 3 dog limit in the Minneapolis area.
Charges were pressed against that Breeder, so neighbors and Police are making sure many of her dogs are placed into other homes.
Anne is AKC registered with her official name as: "Norstar Luv Of Anne Nichole". She was born December 10, 2006.
What a wonderful Poodle who just loves to sit in laps and would be most willing to go for a walk.
I just LOVE this little chunky girl's personality. Squeak a toy and she will come to play with it, then run around our home with that toy in her mouth. So CUTE!
She follows me everywhere I go, comes when I call her and has been a perfect lady in our home.
Isn't she pretty? She has now lost 2 pounds and weighs 12 pounds. She is looking thinner already (right). Such a good girl.
Annie did test positive for LYMES. This disease is treatable with antibiotics and NOT A PROBLEM. Anne is just fine!! She is active, sociable and continues to run and play and play and run!
Anne has been around other dogs all her life. However, she has asked that she be adopted as an only Poodle. In that way, she would get lots of love and attention and not have to share a lap with so many other dogs.
And she would also be just fine with another older, gentle, soft and quiet Poodle like herself.
Anne's $250.00 adoption fee (plus $18.00 Minnesota State Sales Tax) helps pay for just some of her Veterinarian work.
This special Poodle girl has been heart worm tested negative, shots are up to date, wormed, micro chipped, spayed, teeth cleaned, Home Again micro chipped and registered.
Also included is her kennel, a blanket, a dog bed (which she loves!), a bag of quality (low fat) dog food, treats, sweater, leash, collar and lots of information to help your adoption start on the right paw forward. This is a really nice Poodle girl for the right family.
