My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

YES! WE HAVE TWO NEW PUPPIES!!

FUZZY and her brother BEAR come to us from a sad situation. The family had to many dogs while dealing with difficult issues and problems. Doing the right thing is never easy, but it is the right thing to do. Thank you, Carolyn.

FUZZY, a tri-colored (black, tan and gold) female, Toy Poodle puppy was born May 30, 2015. Both her parents are AKC.

Fuzzy is 6 inches tall and 4 1/2 pounds. She is going to be a nice sized, sturdy Toy Poodle, but not as big as her brother.

O.K. I'll get some better pictures of this girl, but she is VERY pretty and unique in color.

She was Vet checked healthy by our Vet. Everyone at our Vet's office passed Fuzzy around, so all could hold and socialize her as she was very scared. She is now up to date on his shots, worming, Home Again micro chipped and registered.

Like her brother, Fuzzy is at a very critical age now (12- 18 weeks) for learning and forming her personality. It took us a little longer to socialize her, but the potential is here.

This socialization teaches Fuzzy that new people and new places are not so scary and horrible. She is learning to become friendly, outgoing and a social butterfly with everyone and everything.

I can also see intelligence in this girl. She likes to trick me into trying to catch her, but is also quickly learning that TREATS are great. She will come when called, but will test the waters! And this girl just loves to be held, cuddled and will snuggle. She will also give you LOTS of kisses too. What a sweetheart.

Puppies are cute, but they are also a lot of work and ACTIVE! Fuzzy needs socialization. You will need to continue in a positive way so she will become a wonderful and loving adult Poodle! This puppy has been perfect with other Poodles and will keep her kennel clean.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 AND NO LARGE OR AGGRESSIVE DOGS.

+PRIORITY will be given to families with previous Poodle and/or puppy experience+

NOTE: Fuzzy came to us named. We do not change the name to prevent confusion when the Poodle is adopted and the new family changes the name again.

To the right family, her adoption fee is $600.00 which includes the MN State Sales tax of $40.00, her Vet check, shots, worming, micro chip registration, a bag and can of puppy food, treats, kennel, blanket, dog bed, vitamins, toys, dog shampoo, puppy book, leash, collar (pictured on our web site) and lots of good information to help your adoption start off on the right paw forward.

Also included is her spay. You will be required to return Fuzzy to us by 9 months and we will have her spayed by our Vet.

Or to the right family, you can have her spayed at your Vet and receive a $100.00 rebate OR donate that rebate to Picket Fence Poodle Rescue.

NOTICE: WE ARE NOT CASH AND CARRY!!! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION FOR ADOPTION.
