My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Purdy is Adopted

Purdy is currently fostered in Fairview PA and her adoption fee/Donation is $250

Update 12-10-15
Purdy has had no seizures (that I have seen) since we got her, so the seizure meds are working.
She is a happy little girl that likes to run in the yard and enjoys being outside.
She has gotten used to living with cats, gets along fine with Junior (male cocker) and likes to play with her ball and all the cat toys too, but settles down quickly and will snuggle next to you.
She is still fearful of meeting new people but beginning to trust again.
I think a quiet household with an older person/couple would fit her perfectly.
She will need a fenced in yard.
She's a loving little dog that just wants her own person(s) to love!

Update 11-15-15
Purdy has been seen by our vet and put on Phenobarbital and she is only having 1 seizure a week and it is only lasting 10 min.

Purdy is a beautiful 5-6 yr old female cocker Spaniel.
She was found tied to a piece of furniture in an abandoned home.
She is a sweet little girl, and wants a human to love more than anything in life.

Purdy is house trained and is very good about pottying outside.
She is definitely a luvebug and will sit on your lap as long as she can.
This little girl is tiny and small for a cocker and is possibly a cocker mixed with a smaller breed, regardless this girl is a keeper!!!
Purdy is good with other dogs and cats, and is just such an all around great little girl!!

Purdy is spayed, up to date on vaccines and heart worm negative.
