Hi my name is Rusty. I am a 6 year old Pomeranian mix who came into the shelter when I found with a harness and bell so surely I belong to someone. I am timid at first, probably due to all of the action at the shelter but once I'm around people I am really sweet and loyal. I love being held and cuddled and do good on the leash on my walks. If my family doesn't come reclaim me, I will be available for adoption on 9/22/15 from Oceana County Animal Control.
