Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Emma! This sweet girl found herself scared, confused and hours away from being put to sleep at a local shelter. One of our volunteers saw this poor girl and could not bear the thought of her being put to sleep just because she was fearful and shaking. Once out of the chaotic environment, Emma opened right up and even wanted to play. She is great at fetch and can jump high to catch her toys! She loves hiking on the Appalachian Trail with her foster siblings and also loves cuddling up with her human. Emma would do best in an adult only home and takes time warming up to strangers. Once she trusts you, she is a total love-bug and will demand pets on the head! She is very loyal and will stay by your side. She recently had three tumors removed but has now been given a clean bill of health. Emma thinks that just because she had tumors, this shouldn't mean she doesn't deserve a loving home. Our gem of a girl is 8 years old and weighs 18 lbs. She is spayed, house-broken and up-to-date on all of her vaccinations.
