Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Buster is a precious blonde baby boy who is playful, a little bit shy with new people and very dog friendly. He plays hard (he really loves toys), and then loves to snuggle with his people when it’s time to rest. Buster was born the end of April and is very much still a puppy. Buster’s favorite things in life are his swimming pool and puppy pals. Buster would do wonderfully in a home with other animals and cats. Buster was what we call “feral” when he was rescued. Basically he had limited experience with humans and was afraid of us. He has been well socialized and now loves people but is still learning to seek out physical contact. Buster loves his humans and will come touch our hands and take treats but jumping into a lap for hugs is something he is working on. He talks to us in greeting, dances around our feet in joy and he almost forgets himself and jumps in for a hug but then remembers and takes a step back. A few weeks with intensive TLC in a home environment is exactly what Buster needs. We are looking for a home that has a little bit of patience to help him blossom but we promise, the results will be worth it! We think Buster is a mix of Black Mouth Cur and Heeler. He weighs 25 pounds at 5 months of age and should be a medium sized dog full grown. You can see Buster in this video: https://youtu.be/CylkOhCmzqY
