Big Bertha's Story...
Hey I'm Big Bertha and if you haven't been "sold" on adopting me just by my pictures, you will when you meet me and see my winning personality. I am the sweetest bulldog ever and even though I may be on the bigger side, I still have some energy when I get my "zoomies"...believe me it is a sight to see. I am a staff favorite because I am a cuddle bug and I love to give kisses. I love the following things: toys, food, attention, car rides, people and doggies. I like to "hang out" with other dogs and in the previous home where I was staying, they had yorkies! I will bring lots of love and interesting moments into your life that you don't want to miss out on- so stop in soon because I wanna go home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Big Bertha, a Reisterstown English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in Reisterstown, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Reisterstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Reisterstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Reisterstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Reisterstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
