My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This mega sweet and docile little charmer is lucky in that he has used a bunch of his nine lives up already. He was seen being thrown out of a car window, while the car was moving. Some kind animal lover saw it and picked him up on the side of the road.

He as underweight, had bad diahrea and a number of other medical issues when we took him to the vet, after a friend of the person who found him took him in for some basics and then set him up in a huge cage to recouperate. She contacted us and we had him fostered at a vet we are close to for about a week to help start get the loose stool problem under control.

Since then he was in foster home and was completely vetted and put on Lysine, antibiotics, probiotics and a few other things. The diahrea didn't stop until after a recent exam where he received additional treatment, i.e. vitamin B shots and so on.

On our last visit we were astounded and absolutely thrilled when we felt him and picked him up. He is like a different cat. He is well on the mend, and has bonded very tightly to his foster mom who dodes on him. He sleeps on the top of her head, is very fristky and follows her around.

Mr Lucky, as we named him, is almost totally adopt-ready but we are keeping him in foster a bit longer to be sure. This little guy is a perfect gentleman, very laid back and is so glad to be inside where he is fed, loved and played with.
