My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Red is a GORGEOUS 4 yr old Redbone/Cur mix. He weighs 45 lbs and is neutered. Red was rescued from a kill shelter in KY. Red is current on all vaccines and heartworm negative. He is currently in a boarding kennel and keeps his kennel clean. He gets along well with other dogs and humans, He has not been cat tested. Red is the sweetest boy, who is timid at first meeting but warms up quickly. He wants nothing more than to be by your side. Red is best in a home without young children, but would do fine with older children.
APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. Adoption fee $150
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a short or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.

BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE.
