My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Skippy! I'm a 2 year old tweenie doxie, black and tan with really gorgeous fur! Just look at my wavy furry ears! Aren't I a looker?? Foster mom says I will be neutered on February 21 and then I can go to my forever home! 

 

I'm a very sweet boy and I like everyone -- children, men and women. This gives me more cuddling options! I love to cuddle up with you and will even sleep on the sofa if you give me the chance. Cuddling is so great, don't you think so? 

At night, I love the chance to get under the blankets and sleep with you,  if given the chance. After all, I'm a doxie and that's what we love! You can leave me alone in the house too, I have great manners and I'm a very good house guest, I'd just like to find a forever house of my own. I'm so polite that I even make sure to do my business outside. 

 

When it comes to my canine friends, the bigger dogs make me a bit nervous to be around in the beginning, but after a few days I'll come around and can learn to live with them. I don't have any fears of smaller canine friends though, but I haven't met any cats so foster mom isn't sure if I'd like them or not. 

 

Don't I sound like a dream?! Foster Mom certainly thinks so and keeps telling me I will make someone a very sweet, cuddly companion. Will it be you?
