My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Olive is a sweet, petite beauty, with a pretty gray coat and olive green eyes! She is very active and social, and extremely fond of her human companions. She arrived at the shelter wearing a collar, and was already spayed, so no doubt she spent her previous life among humans. She is light has a feather, but hugs like a heavyweight -- she always wants her volunteer companions to carry her around while doing their chores, so she can give and get as many hugs as possible. She doesn't seem to care for the other shelter cats, but her sweetness and desire for affection will probably make her well suited to living with children. She's not the least bit bothered by the shelter dogs, so she should be fine living with a dog that's accustomed to living with cats.

Olive is estimated to be 7 years old, is box-trained, spayed, current on vaccinations, and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Adoption fee for adult cats is $50 (cash or check only, please).
