My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Although initially shy, this little guy blossoms when loved! Reilly was relinquished when his family could no longer care for him. He is a sweet Chihuahua/Beagle Mix who is 5 years old and weighs 17 pounds.

Reilly walks nicely on a leash, he is friendly to people and other dogs while on his walks. He also rides well in the car.

Reilly is a lovely little dog that would fit into most households. Once you befriend him, his fun streak kicks in: he enjoys playing with toys and running around. When playtime is over, Reilly is content in his bed, in your arms or on your lap; it’s the human connection that he longs for. He’s likely to follow you around your home and loves the attention you give him. Reilly wants to be your lifetime friend, so come meet him soon at the Coronado Animal Care Facility.

The Coronado Animal Care Facility is open between 9:00am and 4:00pm (except holidays) and is located at 1395 First Street, at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in an adoption, you must first complete a dog adoption application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado dog adoption counselor. You may fill out the online dog adoption application at pawsofcoronado.org or contact dogadoptions@pawsofcoronado.org.
