Take one look at Yani and you will feel drawn to take away all the pain that cruel humans have inflicted upon this sweet, darling boy. He was found as a stray on 9/16/15 and if you take a close look at his ears you will see that someone took scissors to them in an attempt to home crop the ears. How anyone could be so absolutely cruel and coldhearted is beyond all understanding. Upon meeting Yani though, you'd never know what he's been through because he just has the sweetest spirit on earth. He has not let anything dampen his enjoyment of life. He deserves so much better and we are hoping he finds a home that will treat him like the prince he is! Yani is about 2 years old and weighs 47 lbs He will sit and stay when asked. He is current on his vaccines, neutered and tested negative for heartworms. He will be micro chipped upon adoption. Yani's ID # is 578871 and he can be found in cage 809.

Yani recently went to an off-site adoption event and did great! This is what a volunteer had to say - "I LOVE Yani and so hate what someone did to his ears. Sadly when people look at him it may put them off. He is so very sweet, was well behaved yesterday, and was fine with other dogs, wanting to play. A woman kindly offered to take him for a walk and said he was a great dog and listened well. "
