Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Farah arrived at SA Greys with a broken hock. Her small dog status is not yet known, but she is not cat tolerant. She will be available after rehab.
Farah had a very short racing career.
FOSTER UPDATE:
You can call me Farah. It's hard for me to flip my fur when I say that because it's too short, but I try. I joined the SA GREYS family earlier this week because I broke my ankle. Alvin, the stripped boy greyhound, broke his front leg the same day. Ouch!! Anyway, because we arrived at Briarcrest at the same time, the SA GREYS peoples thought my name should be "The Chipmunk." You know, Alvin and The Chipmunk. Alvin seems like a nice enough guy, but I'm not willing to commit to a relationship at this point. One of my friends suggested Farah would be a good name for me. Once I saw a picture of Farah the Movie Star, I agreed.
Don't hate me because I'm beautiful. I really am a nice dog. I like people a lot and love to give people kisses. Right now, I'm living in a little doggie condo while my leg heals. Another adoptable hound, Jackson, lives in the house outside my condo. He seems nice too. He gets to go on walks and other adventures. Jackson told me he and our foster mom go out for coffee in the morning and he gets to lick whipped cream! I can't WAIT until I get to go along. I asked him to bring some back. He did, but it was on his lips so I told him he could keep it. I'm not that kind of girl dog.
If you'd like a cute, vivacious girl on your arm, type your info into the online adoption application. My people will call your people, and we'll live happily ever after.
