Governor Pedro's Story...
Governor Pedro is ADORABLE ...he has the sweetest little face. Governor Pedro is a small structured long haired white with some black patches Chihuahua mix. He is up to date on all his vaccinations, HW free, micro chipped and neutered. He came into rescue in rough shape, bad skin and ears all of which was and is being treated . He weighs approx 10 lbs loves to be held and carried around..he has that "CHILL" attitude . He has teeth although his tongue is always hanging out...maybe he is letting everyone know what he thinks of this rescue stuff! G.P. Will make someone a wonderful lap dog and companion with little work. He is housebroken and not very active but a love. Senior Paws Sanctuary is looking for a home for the Governor to retire to in SW Florida to spend his days in luxury. We do not adopt out of the state, a application is required along with a home visit and the adoption fee is $150

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Governor Pedro, a Lehigh Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Lehigh, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Lehigh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lehigh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lehigh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lehigh paves the way for another one to be saved.
