My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Nugget... he is a young boy at just 7 months and 12 pounds. He is a sweet boy that loves to cuddle and snuggle with you (he'll even sit and watch tv with you). He gets along well with other dogs, enjoys his toys, and likes children. He is very friendly and his little tail is always wagging. He is getting better at potty training and will need someone to continue to work with him on that, as he is still a puppy. He loves to jump and run up and down the stairs (lots of energy to burn!) and currently working on breaking the jumping up habit. He is learning basic commands and has learned to sit on his own... he is smart and listens well. He sleeps in a crate at bedtime but would gladly share a bed. He is a gentle loving little guy and will make a great family pet.

Just let us know you're interested in this dog. We do our best to match families and dogs so everyone is pleased and the placement is permanent. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant if the home situation is incompatible with the needs of the rescue dog. Rescue is about doing our best for the dog. We do home and reference checks. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations, before being placed in their forever homes.
