My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Cherry. I am a tabby with deep, dark rich black fur mixed in my coat so
I am super beautiful. I am quite friendly and enjoy sitting on my foster mom's lap to be petted. I have run into some hard times. I was adopted as a kitten. My adoptive parents without even contacting FCR as they promised to do if they couldn't keep me surrendered me to Tri County where they euthanized 205 cats per month in 2014. Fortunately they saw that I had a microchip connected to FCR so they called them and one of the volunteers came up to the shelter to rescue me. I was born in January of 2013 so I am still quite young. I have a big purr motor. I do very well with children and other cats. I will be at the Petco in California on most Saturdays and Sundays between 11 and 3. You can also fill out an application and email it to diane@feralcatrescuemd.org.
