My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louie is a 2-year-old red tabby male who was abandoned in family housing on Fort Lee. When his time ran out at the base shelter, Cat Rescue had available slots, so he was transferred. Louie is a gentle, loving fellow who finds Petsmart a little overwhelming, and he loves getting back home to his little friend Lindy and his sunny, cozy room. He likes to talk at times, and he especially likes to "make biscuits" on a plush throw. He is very tidy and neat, with perfect litterbox habits (large uncovered with scoopable litter). He is lovable without being clingy or demanding, so he loves to nap in your lap or lay on your chest, but he's not pushy about it. He has been neutered, received current rabies and distemper vaccinations, and tested negative for both FeLV and FIV. He has been front declawed (ouch!) Cats adopted from Cat Rescue may go home same day, and our contract requires that you do not let the cat go outside. Cost is $90 which is tax-deductible; medical records are provided.
