My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miley, her littermates and mother were rescued from an Eastern Shore shelter with around a 90% kill rate, and as fosters we were their last hope as the rest of Cat Rescue was at capacity. Miley was adopted for several years, but her family acquired more cats and dogs and lost interest in Miley. When she got a urinary tract infection, the family decided to reject her. We cleared up the simple infection and put her on Purina One, and she has had no other problems. She is adorably sweet, loving, curious and playful. She's a little bashful at first but loves you to call her name and bring her little toys -- just her same old toys, but presented to her like she's a little queen! She LOVES to nap in her dog bed with a heating pad. She loves being kissed and petted; loves looking out the window and napping in the sun. Miley is a beautiful vanilla/fawn color with more of a ticked look rather than stripes. Her face is very vanilla; she has an Abyssinian look to her. She has been spayed, vaccinated and tested negative for both FeLV and FIV. Our contract requires that you do not let the cat outdoors at all, and do not declaw her (amputate her toes).
