Xander is a 5 month handsome little Siberian who is ready to search for a family of his own. Xander is not actually special needs but his is partially blind which his family should be prepared to help him learn a new home. Xander sings, runs and plays like any other little pup but his does have a vision impairment. Xander has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped for his new family.
