Chi Chi is a Chihuahua who loves people. He has the Chihuahua spunk that endears this breed to many people. He is a good boy on walks. All the volunteers who walk him say that he is well-behaved.
Chi Chi can be selective when it comes to other dogs, and because he is so small a home without small children (under the age of 12) would be best for him.
This little sprite has an adorable personality. Meet him and fall in love!
