Whiskers, whiskers everywhere, and a winsome look that says “choose me!” Bouncy and beautiful Billy, a mixture of easygoing, affectionate and playful, loves cuddles as much as cat nip balls, and is his foster mom’s feline shadow. Blessed with a unique, happy trill, he makes the happiest door greeter, and since he adores monitoring the outdoors, he spends much of his time meowing and musing at the window. Because he thrives on attention -- whether it’s being picked up or touched anywhere on his sleek, black and white body – Billy the Kid might be ideal for a family with kids and another playful cat. This super friendly, handsome guy was born in August 2014.
