Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sophie has been in rescue for about 2 months. She had a sore on her paw when we picked her up and after trying numerous kinds of antibiotics, it still didn't clear up. We did a biopsy and it turned out to be a squeamus cell carcinoma. Our only option was to amputate because the sore was literally larger than her paw. She is much happier now and is getting along really well. She would like a home with only one or two stairs because that is one thing she cannot do. Sophie is a very loving basset who wants a furever home who will spoil her the way she deserves! UPDATE - Sophie is going on a home visit on Saturday, January 16th!
