Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mickey is a 10 year old altered male terrier mix. He is considered a special needs dog because he is fearful of men and needs work when it comes to being comfortable around them. However, he loves women. Mickey has to be handled gently and feel like he can trust you before being handled. Once he trusts someone, he is the sweetest, cutest dogs full of life and happiness. He is great with other dogs and loves feeling like part of a pack. He is also great with cats and will not chase them. Mickey requires a home preferably with just a woman, until he can learn to trust a man and be trained to recognize it's okay to be loved by a man. He would do well in a home with other dogs, and no children. He needs to be in a stable, calm environment where he can feel in control of his feelings and security, but be handled responsibly by a caring individual.
