My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beaumont is a four-year-old little guy. He is very sweet, loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with you. Once in bed, he is very quiet and happy to be with his people. He prefers people over other dogs. He would prefer to be an only dog although he does get along with other dogs. He is a little more independent than other dogs. He can entertain himself all day long while you are at work. He is happy to have a nice little bed and some toys to keep him busy when you are not home. We have noted that he does not seem to be fond of children, however. He will require a quieter house where children do not tend to frequent and prefers a household without cats.

All our dogs live in foster homes. Please contact the foster home email listed for more information and and an adoption application. Please note, our adoptions are not done on a "first come first serve" basis. We are looking for the best possible match for our dogs and reserve the right to select or refuse an application at our discretion. CAN is a 100% volunteer-based rescue and all our volunteers have jobs, families and dogs to take care of. Thank you for your patience and understanding if we don't get back to you immediately.
