Duke is a three year old Pit Bull who is WONDERFUL. He weighs about 65 pounds and is a fully grown young adult. His temperament is solid; he is fantastic with other dogs both big and small. He used to live with a small dog in his former home and they were both turned in to the East Valley Shelter where kenneled together there. The small dog got adopted so we rescued Duke to find him a great home. He is very loving and loves to be around people and dogs. He is a super social boy! Duke loves to go for walks and is good on a leash; he is a quick learner and pays attention to his handler. He is a medium energy dog so he has a very nice energy and he is not a high drive type dog. He makes a wonderful companion for pretty much any type house hold including one with small dogs of course! Since he is already an adult, he is past the teenage stage and has settled into this great personality. If you are looking for a great Pit Bull type dog who is also stunning looking, easy going and very friendly, Duke is your boy!
