Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sunny is a 4 year old golden retriever mix. She is a very sweet and loving dog. She was severely neglected before she came to Harbored Souls, but you'd never know it by her demeanor. Poor Sunny has had countless amount of litters in her short life not to mention her skin was in terrible condition.She is truly looking beautiful now and she is going to be fully vetted at the time of her adoption. Now, all she wants is a family and lots of love. She is great with other dogs and cats too! She loves children and would make an amazing new member to most any family! She loves to go on walks and will need to be walked daily, it's something she enjoys. She will also need a yard with a tall fence. She is curious of her surroundings and will make her way over a chain link fence if left in a yard which she should not be, and with a low fence. Taller fencing she will not have an issue at all. She is house trained and crate trained. We are working on simple commands, but she was never taught any before now, so she is slowing catching on. She is up to date on her shots and microchipped. Sunny currently weighs about 58lbs. She requires a lot of love and attention and will need someone who is home with her more often then not, and not crated all day long. She has lots of energy and loves to run and play, but not hyper. She is just now learning how to play with toys and her doggy foster brother. She will make a great family pet, Sunny has never met a stranger!
