Chloe's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chloe's Story...
Chloe is a 4 yr old shorthaired female who came to us from one of our Ocean Shores partners where she'd been turned in when her owners moved. She is a friendly girl who loves to be petted and brushed. SHe has a cute little chirp she uses to say hello, goodbye or feed me. She does ok with the other cats -she lets them know if they are too close with a hiss and a swat. Chloe has been an indoor only cat. As with all cats adopted through PAWS, Chloe has been spayed, vetted, vaccinated-including rabies, and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Kingston Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Kingston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Kingston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingston paves the way for another one to be saved.
