Linus's Story...
Handsome Linus is a loving and loyal boy looking for a family to call his own. This boy is neutered, shots utd and is 6 months old. He’s a very friendly guy and is always happy to greet the dogs and people he meets. Linus came back to 4 PAWS after his previous family fell on tough times and weren’t able to continue to care for him.

Linus loves giving kisses to his people and even dogs too. He is smart, catching on to housebreaking, and a very lovable guy. He has lived with kids, dogs and cats.
Linus does okay on a leash but could definitely benefit from some additional training in his new home. Please remember he is still a puppy. This love bug loves a good walk, but is just as content lounging at home with his favorite people nearby.

If interested in adoption, please complete an online application on 4 Paws Animal Rescue's website at We verify the care of past/current pets. Our goal is to have the very best home for all our dogs and cats and therefore we reserve the right to approve or deny an application based on what we determine is in the pet's best interest.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Linus, a Hayes Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hayes, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Hayes.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hayes already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hayes breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hayes paves the way for another one to be saved.
