Jester's Story...
Makes instant friends whether human or other pets. She’s always having a good time and especially enjoys one on one play time. She loves to play & be with her human(s). So very soft, loves to be held & softly paws your face while gazing adoringly into your eyes. Then she's off to romp & play some more. She can easily entertain herself while you’re at work or the kids are at school. Just supply her with toys and she throws a party for one - in between naps. She would like a home that offers a warm bed, lots of snuggles and she wouldn’t be opposed to some kitty friends (dogs ok too
All of our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on shots, combo tested negative for FIV/Leukemia and microchipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jester, a Covington Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Covington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Covington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Covington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Covington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Covington paves the way for another one to be saved.
