Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bio*: Petey is a boxer mix approximately 1 year old. He was found beside a cemetery with an empty bag of dog food and no water. He was fearful of people and other dogs when he was rescued. Though he was very afraid and shy at first, he has blossomed into a total goofball at his foster home. He loves to play and would make active moms or dads or kids a tireless playmate! He's heart worm positive and doing great under treatment though he is stir crazy and can't wait to run and jump and play play play. Petey is leash trained, kennel trained and he sits on command. He gets along great with our other large dogs and cats though he can be excited when meeting new dogs and cats. He is friendly and loves to cuddle as much as he does playing. If you might be interested in petey or have questions about heartworms email info@forrescue.net! Petey is fostered in North Alabama.
