Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, I'm Joe, but my friends call me Joe Joe! I'm a handsome gray tuxedo gentleman of a certain age, if you know what I mean. I came here when my person went through some hard times and wasn't able to keep me.
If you're looking for a loverboy, I'm your guy. I'm the cat who meets you at the door, ready to chat about your day with lots of headbonks and purrs. I come when I'm called, no matter where I am. I'm also very happy to be a lap cat, settling in for a purr and snuggle session any time you want.
I would prefer to be the center of your universe, but if I had to share my space with another nice cat, I could probably make it work. I grew up around dogs, so would probably do fine with them too.
At 12 years young, they tell me I'm a senior, but I sure don't feel like it! I've had a couple of recent dentals to make sure the adorable lip smacking I do isn't because my teeth hurt, and they're sure it's not. I am on a special medication for my tummy, though, so I'll probably always have to have that.
Since I'm a senior, I have a special adoption fee of $60, which includes my virus testing, neuter, microchip, vaccinations, food and litter starter kit, a month of free insurance and a free vet visit voucher. I also come with a 5 foot tall cat tree, a Cat Genie (automatic litter box) and a regular covered litter box. Won't you come visit me? I'd love to show you what a sweetheart I am!
