My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nubby was part of a TNR project this summer. All the cats have been sterilized and continue to be fed and sheltered by their caregiver. Nubby had a (most likely congenital) tail defect which prevented him from lifting it in order to poo. As a result his tail and bum were raw and infected from being unable to keep feces off of himself. He received a complete tail amputation from our awesome vet, Dr Mike Phelps (Coit Animal Clinic), and he feels brand new now! Nubby wants to be adopted into a loving indoor home. And he has two more siblings still in the colony who are waiting for spaces to open up in our adoption program so they can come inside too.

Nubby lives up to his name! He was born in June 2015 with a congenital defect that required his tail to be amputated. Don't worry he is feeling better now and is prepared to live life to the fullest. Tail or no Tail!
