Every day heroes for cats around the country.... These two cuties got a brush with fate when they were spotted by a woman named Pam. She had been attending a wedding when she saw the kitties outside the lodge at Fallasburg Park in Lowell. Pam hoped to get in touch with a rescue who could take the kitties, before she left to return home to Connecticut. The kitties seemed to be starving, but were too skittish to approach her when she tried at the lodge. Yet they also did not seem feral, just scared. Lucky for Pam and the kitties she contacted the right place! Pam went out of her way to grab some traps, bait them with what was left of her take out, successfully capture them both, and transfer them to our facility (probably in a rental car lol) These girls have come a long way since being born in June 2015 and we are happy to report that they are sweet, social, and thanks to Pam well fed and cared for. Come complete their rags to riches story.

Our adoption center is located at 7962 Clyde Park SW Byron Center. Our open adoption hours are every Thursday 6-8pm and Sunday from 12-2pm. Come on out and meet the love of your life! (Donations above our fee are always encouraged and greatly appreciated as the average kitty costs us around $150 to take from dive to dream home.)
'Our adoption facility only houses so many kitties. The rest are in foster homes. If you want to meet a specific kitty, please inquire with us before attending an adoption event, so we can make every effort to have the requested kitties available!'
