Minnie Loo is a 10 pound Chihuahua mix. She is very sweet and is just happy snuggling up on the couch and would love a home where she is allowed to sleep under the covers. She is house trained and gets along with other dogs. She loves affection and rolls over so her stomach can be scratched.
