Chester's Story...
CHESTER is a true all-American mutt. Border Collie and maybe Akita, maybe a mixed breed terrier or maybe some heeler, or beagle? He actually looks like a miniature St. Bernard. He is a very, very smart dog and will need a home where he is kept busy. He loves to play ball, chase his squeekie toys and chase after the other puppies. But when playtime is over, he loves to cuddle and have his belly rubbed. He will do best in a home without small children because he doesn't have a lot of patience when you try to make him do something he doesn't want to do. THIS IS NOT A CURRENT PICTURE PLEASE NOTE

Come out and meet CHESTER this Saturday at Petsmart Irvington & I-19 from 10 a.m. until 3p.m. Hope to see you there :)

All animals are Up-to-date on all shots, Spayed/Neutered, and Microchipped before they are eligible for adoption. When our Animals are Adopted they each come with a month of Free Pet Insurance.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chester, a tucson Collie/Akita puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Akita for sale in tucson, or seeking a Collie/Akita puppy from a breeder in tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Akita breeders who help with Collie/Akita rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
