Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Prissy is a very pretty 4 year old black/rust female doberman. She is a standard sized female weighing 80 (needs to loose about 5 lbs) and has cropped ears and a docked tail. Her left ear stands perfectly, her right ear stands when she is alert but tends to fall when she is relaxed. As you can see from her pictures, she is a beauty but the lazy ear fits her personality because she is a fun loving girl who doesn't feel like she has to look like a princess all the time! Prissy is a very sweet, playful girl who is learning the joys of having toys and playing fetch although like most dobes she needs to work on the part about bringing the ball back. Check out a short video of Prissy https://youtu.be/uRkxxZzFDfw Prissy came to DAR&E after a relative convinced her owner that Prissy deserved better than living outside in a pen with a tiny dog house for shelter with little interaction with her family. Prissy is a pretty amazing dog though considering her past. She took to house training immediately and has been perfect in the house. No accidents, no destructiveness. That shows you this beauty has brains too! Prissy happily stays on her dog beds when alone but she really prefers to be getting petted by her people. She has a lot of time to make up for in the petting department! Prissy is very affectionate but occasionally feels unsure of herself so she is looking for a kind, patient person who understands that while being a house pet is totally awesome, it is new to her. Prissy is such a sweet girl. I don't think she has a mean bone in her body. She ignores the cat and is willing to play with dogs that aren't so rough that they scare her. She loves to be chased. Prissy has spent a large part of her life alone so she is seeking a home where she isn't alone for long hours on a regular basis. Prissy will be fine around children who respect dogs but a home with small children may be a bit too busy for Prissy. If you are a kind, patient person with some time on your hands, with lots of love to give and would like to have a super sweet, affectionate beauty like Prissy as your loving companion please give me a call or email so we can talk about our very special Prissy.
