Hi! My name is Gabi and I am about 1 year old. I am a little girl weighing in at only 35 pounds. I was at a shelter in North Alabama and they contacted AGB and asked if they would help to find me a forever home since I am such a sweet little thing. A nice man came and took me to AGB. I had a cough and a neck wound which needed stitches, but AGB is taking care of me and giving me the medical care I need. I like people and dogs but I am afraid of cats. I am active and still very “puppyish”. No one has ever spent time with me to train me or teach me anything, but I am smart, good natured and eager to please ,so you should not have any trouble teaching me what I need to know to be the perfect companion. If you would like to expand your family to include a beautiful, sweet, smart girl like me, please submit your adoption application and ask to meet me, Gabi. I hope to see you soon! old boy who was recently turned into a shelter by my family. I have no idea why! I couldn’t believe it when they just left me there because I try my best to be a really good boy. I was very sad and scared at the shelter so one of the workers contacted AGB and asked them to please take me. Since AGB doesn’t really know how to say no to a Golden in need, one of their sweet volunteers came and got me right away. I liked that lady very much and she called me a cute and sweet boy. I didn’t really want to ride in the car at first because I was a little scared, but she spoke so lovingly to me and let me ride in the seat so I was good the whole way. I walk well on a leash or harness and I love to give kisses. I had some hook and whip worms, but AGB is giving me the medicine I need to get better really fast.
