My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kaori is a 1-year-old female Shih Tzu (born 09/14/2014). Her non-shedding coat is white with mottled gray and tan markings and she weighs 13 pounds. Her owner relinquished her to us on 10/06/2015 because she was unable to care for her. At first she was unsure of herself and frightened (typical of owner relinquished pets). Since then Kaori has learned she is safe and loved. Kaori is now a typical youngster. Active, energetic, playful with the other dogs, ready to run and bark for any reason. Kaori is housetrained to a doggie door so she will need help adjusting to your household and schedule and learning to “ask” to go out. Puppies are adorable but they require patience and training; lifestyle changes and commitment. Kaori is much too young and active to be left home alone for extended periods of time. We are looking for a home with another small young active dog playmate. Kaori is healthy, spayed, has a microchip, is current on all vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick preventative, and has had a complete physical and dental. Her adoption fee is $350.00
