My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

London is a beautiful female Shih Tzu Maltese mix born in 2011 (we do not know the exact date). She has a non-shedding white coat with tan highlights. At 14 pounds she is a bit overweight but we have her on a light dog food diet. From puppy hood, London brought sunshine and purpose into the life of her elderly caregiver who loved her dearly and gladly cared for her every need. Sadly, when his companion was unable to continue providing for her, London was relinquish to animal control and arrived at the Safehouse on 10/15/2015. London misses her loving home and caregiver. She misses the hugs and the love and the constant attention. A gentle quiet, well mannered young dog, London is the perfect family pet. She is housetrained but will need time to adjust to your household and schedule. A healthy, friendly, tail-wagging bundle of love, she deserves a future with a forever family that will appreciate her devoted companionship, loving trust and playful personality. London is spayed, has a microchip, is current on all vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick preventative, and has had a complete physical and dental. The adoption fee for London is $200.
