Tramp's Story...
Tramp is a seven month old puppy who is already big and looks on his way to being bigger still! He is absolutely fantastic if you are up for him and his many charms. He's an energetic fellow with an unflappably good nature, but also vigorous and pushy, although equally a mush who desperately wants to please. Structure, boundaries and training are what he needs, but he is just a sweet galumph who will love to hear your ideas and direction. Due to his effervescent ways and teenage phase, we do not recommend him as a first time pet, but if you have the experience you will fall in love with him in an instant! A charming, extroverted, bright and very happy boy :) His adoption fee is $450. Applications can be found on the southpawsexpress.org website or by contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tramp, a West Warwick Irish Wolfhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Irish Wolfhound for sale in West Warwick, or seeking a Irish Wolfhound dog from a breeder in West Warwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Warwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Warwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Irish Wolfhound breeders who help with Irish Wolfhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Warwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
