My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hello everyone. My name is Sunshine. My foster dad named me that because he said I am like a little ray of sunshine. I am so very sweet, and so very pregnant. My old family forgot to get me spayed, and just chained me to a tree outside. When I got pregnant they took me to the pound. The shelter I was at deemed me as unaoptable because I was pregnant and un friendly. I was just so scared though. And I didnt growl or try to hurt anyone, I just wanted to hide. After I was written off as "unadoptable", the pound schedualed me to be put down. I thought maybe they would let me have my pupies first, But they were to die along with me. I had my first injection, and then a nice lady passed me in the euthanasia room. I wagged my tail at her, and she barged in and stopped the second needle. She took me away, and now I have a home where I can have my pupies. That day at the pound, the nice lady did more than let me live, she gave me hope.

My foster parents said I am VERY adoptable, and tell me that any family would be lucky to have me.
Would you let me be your sunshine?"

She is a small dog, and is completely house trained. She is probably the sweetest most low maintanence dog you will ever find. She would be a good pet for anyone, and a great first pet also. She loves to be around her humans, and does a little "tap dance" with her two front feet when she gets excited. Its pretty priceless. Although she is already 5-6 years old, she is still active, and would still love to go for car rides, and walks. She is not slow in anyway!
There will be an adoption application, conract, home visit, and a fee of 100 to pay for vetting, and future spay.

.

There will be an adoption application, contract, home visit, and an adoption fee of 100. Inside home only.

UPDATE
Sunshine had her puppies at midnight on july 11, 2008. There are 8 total. We are all very proud of her, and she is such a good mommy!
.
Will require an inside home and 1 of 2 things : people who are home a lot, OR people with another compatible dog.
