Kaleb and Kalyn's Story...
Kaleb & Kalyn are both 2-3 year old Chihuahua mixes that were rescued from a high kill shelter in South Carolina.

Introducing these most adorable couple on the block Kalyn and Kaleb! This little married couple decided to go for afternoon walk one day, and never found their way back home. They searched and searched, but just couldn't find the way back. Animal control found them having a delightful little picnic in one of their traps, and brought them to the shelter to find their homes. Unfortunately, their is no way to tell how long they have been missing or where they are from. I talked it over with the man of the house, and he said he was ok finding a new family to love as long as his sweetheart Kalyn came too. I told him as long as he was super sweet, polite, and his normal charming self that we would figure out how to make this happen. He gave me kiss and Kalyn gave me a hug to thank me for my troubles, and then they waddled on back to their kennel. I don't want to let this sweet couple down, so let's share their predicament in hopes of finding them a new home!

They are super bonded and really hope to find a forever home together!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kaleb and Kalyn, a Kimberton Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Kimberton, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Kimberton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kimberton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kimberton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kimberton paves the way for another one to be saved.
